Med Time Pro Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Med Time Pro application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of Med Time Pro, including users accessing the Service via web browser, iOS, or Android. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Med Time Pro is a personal medication reminder and adherence-tracking application. The Service allows users to: • Set scheduled reminders for medications and doses • Log dose history and view adherence reports • Store medication details such as name, dosage, and notes • Track refill dates and receive refill reminders (Premium) • Manage medication schedules for family members or dependents (Premium) Med Time Pro is a reminder and organizational tool only. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring that medication information you enter is accurate • Keeping your contact email up to date so we can reach you about your account • Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or use the Service in any way that could harm Med Time Pro or its users.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
Med Time Pro is a paid subscription service. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. Base Plan: $2.99 per month (or applicable local equivalent). Includes full medication tracking and reminder features for one user. Premium Plan: $4.99 per month. Includes all Base Plan features plus family profiles, refill reminders, and notes. All prices are listed in USD. Your local currency equivalent is shown at checkout. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. You authorize Med Time Pro to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Med Time Pro does not store your full card details on our servers.
5. Free Trial Terms
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial upon signing up. During the trial period you will have full access to the Base Plan features at no charge. A valid payment method is required to start the free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee. Free trials are available to new subscribers only. Med Time Pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from the Settings screen in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you cancel during a free trial, your access will end immediately at the close of the trial period and you will not be charged.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Med Time Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed doses, or adverse health outcomes resulting from use of or inability to use the Service. Med Time Pro's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Med Time Pro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Medical Disclaimer
MEDTIME IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION. The Service is designed solely as a personal organizational and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, clinical recommendations, or healthcare services. Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your medications, dosages, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in or inferred from the Service. Med Time Pro is not responsible for any harm resulting from reliance on information entered into or generated by the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of Med Time Pro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice within the app. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
